Totally random post. Just before I boarded the plane from Chek Lap Kok international airport, I had a sudden urge to buy something, and for the love of savory food, and don't ask me why, I ended up buying some jelly candy from Aji Ichiban.
Made in China, but I suppose designed in Japan, here we have a box of "Hokkaido Snowman".
It's strictly for the kids, and the little girls.
Cute? I guess. I would have preferred Roundtree gumdrops.
But it makes for great conversation abroad.

I just discovered your blog! Very awesome. Please keep writing! You're like the Asian Anthony Bourdain but better!
ReplyDeleteYou are such a sweetheart, thanks for reading! There are far better experts out there who know a lot more, quite a number of which I thank for being able to discover all this good stuff and share them along in English.
